The laws are self-created

The laws are self-created and self-executed with the passage of time. It is not the deliberate creation of the law makers but it is the result of the slow development of society through centuries. The function of the state is not to create law but it is the responsibility of state to realize and enforce it.No legislative authority cannot make the laws but laws are self-made according to social needs. These are the concepts of historical school of thought about the law making.
